We take the privacy of our website users and supporters very seriously. By using this website, you agree to the conditions set out in this privacy policy.

Data you have agreed for us to handle may be shared with the relevant targets of our campaigns, such as Pembrokeshire County Council, the Ministry of Defence, or other decision-making bodies or individuals, when we, for instance, submit a petition on your behalf.
Your personally identifying data may be shared with third parties in order to fulfil some technical functions we deem necessary for our campaigns, including but not limited to MailChimp (a mass emailing service) and PayPal (a payment handling service). Users are encouraged to review the relevant privacy policies and terms and conditions of MailChimp, PayPal and any other third-party service indicated as being involved within the operation or our website or web store before submitting relevant personal data to PARC.
With respect to our campaigns, we retain your personally identifiable data for a duration reasonably appropriate to the legitimate purposes of our campaigning. With respect to any purchases you make through our web store, we retain your payment data (which may contain personally identifying data) for a duration appropriate for us to be able to reasonably exercise our legal duties.
